Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Afterlights candle. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help make it better.

Our products are made on-demand and we do not accept returns or exchange of products. 

We accept refund for defective products only.
Within 30 days, to be eligible for a refund, your item must be broken/defective upon arrival. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

1. Reach out to us – Email us at info@afterlights.co and let us know what’s going on. We’ll get back to you as quickly as we can.

2. Get your Return Authorization – Once approved, we’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

3. Pack it up – Place the item securely in its original packaging with any included accessories. Write the RA number on the outside of the package.

4. Ship it back – Customers cover return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our end. We recommend using a trackable shipping method so you can keep an eye on it.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to let you know it’s arrived. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

What Can’t Be Returned?

We’re unable to accept returns on items that have been opened or used, or on gift cards.

Received Something Damaged?

If your candle arrived damaged or defective, please reach out to us right away at info@afterlights.co with a few photos of the issue. We’ll take care of it.

Exchanges

We don’t do direct exchanges, but the easiest way to swap is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you’d like instead.
